WHERE WE CAME FROM
We saw how billion-dollar companies run.
We worked in the MSP space for over a decade. Managed service providers have monitoring, automation, and business tools that just don't exist for small and medium businesses. The platforms are powerful. The pricing locks everyone else out.
Here's what we learned: the technology is great. The pricing is terrible. These tools charge $35 to $179 per person per month. A 50-person company pays $21,000 to $107,400 a year just for the software.
And it gets worse every year. Private equity firms acquire these vendors and jack up prices because you're locked in. Your data is trapped. Your contracts auto-renew. Switching costs are designed to keep you paying.

Open source changes everything.
We found software that does everything those expensive tools do — but it's open source. That means the code is free. You own it. Nobody can raise your prices or lock you in.
