Replacing a Stack of Disconnected Tools
A field-services operation with crews in the field, dispatchers in the office, and customers calling in — all on different apps. Staff copy-pasted between systems every day, and invoices took days to send. We replaced the whole stack with one platform: dispatching, invoicing, CRM, and reporting in a single login. Jobs now run from booking to invoice to payment automatically, and the owner can check the numbers from their phone.
STARTUP LAUNCH
A New Business Built From Scratch
A brand-new business with zero systems. The owner needed everything: a public website, online booking, CRM, invoicing, scheduling, and planning. We built the whole thing in weeks on open source — the website takes bookings straight into the CRM, the team gets their schedule on mobile, and invoices generate automatically after each job. They went from spreadsheets to a running business in under a month.

Our Own Business Runs on the Same System
We don't just sell this — we use it every day. CRM, project management, invoicing, wiki, email, chat, website, and automations all run on the same platform we build for clients. We run our whole business on the same system we sell — no per-user fees, one bill.
